Ever since I was a child, I have been enthralled with finance and technology. This fascination grew until, at the age of 15 and the wishes of my parents, I began to trade in the stock market. From there, I began to study technical and fundamental analysis, and finally I began to manage other people's money.
I have a powerful drive that compels me forward. After high school, I co-founded my own businesses, where I learned to run the operations and logistics of administering a business. In those years, I also gained valuable management and leadership experience.
Soon after, I began working at an AT&T retailer, where I quickly became one of the top salespersons in Southern California, despite the fact that I was placed in one of the lowest preforming stores in the state. In any given quarter, I accounted for more than half of the sales made in my store.
Currently, I work at Sodexo, where I manage teams of workers and handle events throughout the city. As Student Manager, I am responsible for many points in the supply chain and efficient contract execution. Often, the clients include the Chancellor of UC Davis and donors to school.
I also have a passion for change and progress. I make it a habit to research every scientific and technological advancement that occurs on a daily basis. Through years of doing this, I have come to the conclusion that we are about to see more change in the next twenty years than we have seen in the past 100 years combined. Businesses will need to adapt and change or get left behind.
